Lungi Ngidi grabs one-handed blinder to stun Jamie Overton in CT 2025

South Africa National Cricket Team player Lungi Ngidi came up with a stunning effort on the field during the ongoing game against England National Cricket Team in the ICC Champions Trophy. The match between the teams is taking place at the National Stadium in Karachi.

On the third ball of the 26th over, Kagiso Rabada bowled a length delivery outside off, to which Jamie Overton got forward to whip and ended up getting a thick leading edge. The ball flew towards the mid-on, where Lungi Ngidi was stationed, and it seemed that the ball would clear the South African pacer.

However, at the last moment, Lungi Ngidi stretched his hands in front of him and took a brilliant catch with his left-hand only. He went to the ground but managed not to drop it as the South Africa National Cricket Team players ran to congratulate Ngidi for his effort. The English player was absolutely shocked seeing the catch.
