The increase in volume and the Cup&Handle pattern followed by a Bullish Engulfing candle is something like a coffee with an amazing biscuit or a cake with a cherry on top. In other words – bullish on all possible fronts. Including the change of market structure and setting the beginning of an uptrend again. The way price is coiled and volume is significantly higher than during the sell off from ATH could mean a move to a new ATH.

Next on the list to analyse is the 12H chart. It gives us a clearer picture of where the volume is distributed. We will see that even better below – on the 4H chart. But here we can already see that the volume of the last pump from $0.80 to $1.10 is not very high. RSI is also topping for the third time. Does that mean buyer exhaustion? Possibly. Though it could be that it is only the start of more serious buying. First we need to see price reclaim the $1.40 level.
