This decision follows Musk’s earlier hint, made in November 2024, about possibly launching a game development studio under the xAI umbrella. Currently, it appears that the company is laying the groundwork for this idea by developing Grok’s knowledge and creative abilities in game development.
The company has also established a timeline. Musk shared on X that xAI aims to release a fully AI-generated video game before the end of next year.
