Everything about Khloé Kardashian's 2007 arrest was eventful.
On the Wednesday, May 6 episode of her podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, the mom of two recalled her 2007 DUI arrest, which she said was "obviously really scary" as she revealed she had to spend hours in a holding cell before she was released from police custody.
At the time of her arrest, she said, "I don't think I was really thinking too hard about it, which sounds so silly." She was 22 years old at the time.
"I didn't know I was going to go to jail because of that, 'cause it was my very first offense," she said. "So, yes, I knew I was in trouble, and I was like, 'I just can't have my mom find out.' But I had no idea that arrest would lead to me going to jail."

Kardashian, now 41, continued, "When you get arrested on the weekend, you can't get out until Monday. They can't process you until a weekday, so I was in a holding cell with 23 other women, who were all prostitutes, besides me."
"But I was in a very short dress, so I looked questionable, I imagine," she recalled. She also "never used the restroom, not one time," during the hours she spent in the holding cell, she said. "And that still fascinates me."
Kardashian also touched on her infamous mugshot during the episode, and she confirmed that her best friend Malika Haqq "did do my hair" for it. "She did a good job," Kardashian said.
"I had to turn myself in, because I had to serve 30 days in jail," she explained of the mugshot, clarifying that she did not serve "all 30 days" of that sentence. "That was much scarier, because thinking I was gonna spend 30 days in jail wasn't anything I thought about [before]."
Kardashian's 2008 arrest was a result of her violating her probation from the DUI arrest the year before. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail after failing to complete roadside cleanup duty and enroll in an alcohol education class, and she turned herself into the Lynwood, Calif., jail for women. She was released just over three hours later, as the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department had an early-release policy for nonviolent offenders due to overcrowding.
