The assumption that most people not deeply ingrained in the gambling industry have is that Las Vegas Strip operators are the most powerful entities in the global gaming sphere. While companies like the Vegas Sands Corp, MGM Resorts International, and Caesars Entertainment are worth billions, they do not come anywhere close to servicing the highest number of customers. That honor usually goes to holding companies based in typically small island nations that run dozens of sites that take care of millions of players around the planet.
Many of these entities are detailed in Casino Groups’ directory of top operators, which lists over seventy companies that manage multiple online platforms apiece, many a hundred each. Casino Groups is a sphere watchdog that has earned a reputation for being a hyper-vigilant reviewer of gambling sites, and has analyzed more than a thousand from its inception in 2023.
According to this resource hub’s in-depth database, these operators quietly dominate the international segment of the global iGaming market, despite probably most players hearing about them for the first time here.
L.C.S. Limited
L.C.S. Limited is one of the older companies in Casino Groups’ directory. It got up and running in 2013 and is one of the more established Malta Gaming Authority-regulated operators out there. It primarily targets European players with its twenty websites that have products from more than thirty top game suppliers, including the likes of NetEnt, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, and Betsoft.
Most of this entity’s platforms use Nexto software, and L.C.S. is a subsidiary of Campeon Gaming, which owns a few Curaçao operators. Its most prestigious brands are Sven-Play, Son of Slots, BetsAmigo, 21 Red, and Nord’s Casino.
Hollycorn N.V.
Hollycorn is an interesting industry player, as it is older than the majority of modern multi-site operators that have international platforms, but is larger than most entities that appeared in the 2010s. Hollycorn began its sphere ascension in 2017, and this SOFTSWISS-powered operator is one whose number of casino websites has fluctuated over the years, with Casino Groups listing thirty-eight brands under its name.
It has partnered with eighty game providers who bring somewhere in the neighborhood of nine thousand games to these sites. The most popular Hollycorn ones seem to be BitDreams, CrocoSlots, Rollero, and Golden Crown. Libergos Limited handles payment operations for all platforms in Hollycorn’s portfolio.
Dama N.V.
Dama is another company that uses SOFTSWISS technology. It has been around since 2019, and quickly after its launch, it attained a reputation as an operator that was able to continuously churn out visually appealing brands that had a lot to offer in all departments.
Its most recognized sites are BitStarz, mBit, RocketPlay, and 7Bit, all of which looked to appeal to Bitcoin lovers when they appeared on the scene, and are still chiefly favored by crypto fans. Strukin Ltd takes care of transactions on Dama sites, with new ones continuously popping up, even though this company underwent major turbulence in 2024 when it had its bankruptcy declaration overturned.
Dreamline Ventures SRL
Dreamline Ventures is a new Costa Rican entity that burst into the iGaming realm in 2025, swiftly propping up a hundred and forty gambling websites. Some of its brands have been historically associated with the IG Play ecosystem, and it also uses this software provider’s tech for all its platforms, many of which are licensed in the Canadian First Nation territory of Tobique.
Not much is known about the management structure of Dreamline Ventures, but Casino Groups documents that it uses the same infrastructure as NovaForge Ltd and Rabidi N.V., two other fierce sector players. Its top sites are VIPSTA, Spinational, OnlySpins, and Wyns. It works with Morada Horizon Services Limited, an Irish company that handles payment processing for Dreamline’s casinos.
WoT N.V.
WoT is a public Curaçao operator that was established in 2013, and it allegedly uses proprietary solutions for its back-end and front-end operations. It has around ten online casinos under its umbrella, all of which are overseen by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. The ones WoT seems most proud of are Tycoon Casino, Candy Casino, and Pelican Casino.
WoT’s payment operation works through a Cyprus processor called Limesco Limited, and this operator’s hubs typically have games from the studios listed above that work with L.C.S., along with a few lesser-known developers.
