Landing a job interview is a big deal, but making the wrong impression on the hiring manager can kill your chances before you even realize it. With competition fierce and hiring managers pressed for time, even minor missteps can be deal-breakers. If you’re not aware of how you’re coming across, you might unknowingly sabotage your own success. That’s why it’s crucial to understand what hiring managers are really looking for—and what drives them away.I’m a big fan of the X-Men comic books and have always loved the powers of Dr. Charles Xavier, who is telepathic. Who wouldn’t want the ability…
Your current LMS once ticked all the boxes. Now it’s ticking up costs, causing delays, and keeping your training stuck in the past. It probably feels less like a helpful tool and more like it’s slowing down the learning experience. You know you need an upgrade, but the fear of LMS data migration is strong. It whispers stories of lost data, problems with integration, and teams threatening to revolt with poorly edited pitchforks. It’s enough to make anyone cling desperately to the familiar, slightly painful, present. Fear not. Breaking free from your current LMS doesn’t have to be a dramatic…

Happy Friday. Not a lot of releases this week compared to the last few weeks and nothing I am running out to buy (sorry artists below, nothing personal). I am saving up for the April 25th Friday New Releases as I have 5 on pre-order so that bill will be coming due soon. Enough of that, back to this week, let me know what you want to hear or what we may have missed. As always, thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!
After a quarter-long inflationary resurgence, it looks like prices are now falling. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that the Consumer Price Index (CPI) declined 0.1 percent in March. Prices rose 2.4 percent year-over-year, compared with 2.8 percent last month. The biggest decrease was for energy, which fell 2.4 percent. Gasoline prices were down 6.3 percent.
