Capital B, Europe’s first Bitcoin Treasury Company, has completed the acquisition of 44 bitcoin for €2.7 million, bringing its total holdings to 2,888 BTC.  The purchases were executed as part of the company’s ongoing Bitcoin Treasury Company strategy, which aims to increase the number of bitcoin per fully diluted share over time, according to a company press release seen by Bitcoin Magazine.  The company also finalized multiple capital raising operations.
