For many retailers, reselling this merchandise in bulk into the secondary market has become a more efficient solution.

    However, the B2B resale market for returned, excess, and obsolete inventory remains highly fragmented – leading to inefficiencies, missed opportunities, and inconsistent outcomes.

    To better understand the landscape associated with B2B resale, B-Stock conducted a survey to collect data on what channels retailers and brands are using to resell their returned and excess products, and the impact of those channels.
