Beach Rats might be everything Faked Names wish they were. The former have the right HC-cred even though they haven’t got any of the name recognition of the latter band but more importantly, they have the spark and intensity needed to make great HC. Heavy Conversation is the perfect example of that. 100% attitude, just the way it was meant to be.
