The movie had a strong opening weekend at the box office, but experienced a noticeable drop in attendance during the weekdays. However, it picked up again during its second weekend. On the second Saturday, the earnings rose to Rs 5.25 crore, up from Rs 3.25 crore on Friday, marking an increase of over 60 percent. On its second Sunday, which was day 10, the film earned Rs. 6.25 crore. Then came the weekday drop, where on Monday, ‘Bhool Chuk Maaf’ made a business of Rs. 2.2 crore, and according to the early estimates, the film made Rs. 2 crore on its second Tuesday.
