Caitlyn Jenner has filed a claim against her late manager and personal friend Sophia Hutchins’ estate nine months after her death aged 29.
Court documents obtained by E! News have revealed the Keeping up with the Kardashians star alleged Hutchins had accumulated over $AU600,000 worth of credit card debt and cash advances while in her employ.
Now, following the businesswoman’s tragic death by car accident last year, her estate has reached a formal agreement with Jenner.

Jenner’s claim for $US439,095.88 in unpaid expenses was ‘allowed’ by the estate – meaning it has agreed to pay back the amount owed in full.
Per the creditors claim obtained by E!, Jenner alleged Hutchins owed the hefty sum after racking up a slew of credit card charges, cash advances, lawyers’ fees and more.
Breaking down the expenses, it was said the former Olympian’s late manager had made hundreds of thousands dollars’ worth of furniture purchases on credit and debit cards belonging to Jenner, as well as spends on Ebay and Shopify.

In addition to this, there was a further $US7000 owed in cash advances paid to Hutchins.
The documents stated Hutchins was set to pay back the expenses at “some future time” prior to her tragic death.
She had been a close personal friend of Jenner for over a decade after being introduced to her through her makeup artist.
She assumed the role of the star’s manager in 2017, organising business affairs, acting as the CEO of the Caitlyn Jenner Foundation and coordinating public engagements during this time.
Hutchins died in Malibu last July when the vehicle she was driving rear-ended a Mazda before going over the edge of a 350-foot cliff, according to the Daily Mail.

The Los Angeles Police department told the publication Hutchins had attempted to manoeuver around the car, but had been unsuccessful.
“She was going too fast and just ended up clipping the rear end of that Mazda, causing her to veer off and go off the cliff there,” Sergeant Eduardo Saucedo said.
During an appearance on FOX News @ Night last year, Jenner spoke candidly about the loss of her long-time friend and confidant.
“Recently my good friend Sophia passed away in a tragic accident,” she said.
“For the last seven weeks, I’ve been dealing with death, and it’s so difficult.”
