Dr. Keith Keating is the Chief Learning Officer for BDO Canada and Academic Director for the University of Pennsylvania’s Chief Learning Officer (CLO) doctoral program. He is the author of the award-winning L&D practitioner’s guide, The Trusted Learning Advisor, and Hidden Value: How to Reveal the Impact of Organizational Learning. Dr. Jerry Zandstra is Ingenuiti’s Senior Director of Learning. Dr. Zandstra holds two master’s degrees and two doctorates and has been in the learning, training, and development space for more than thirty years.
