Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has commenced the registration process for postgraduate (PG) admissions for the academic year 2025. Eligible candidates can apply through the university’s official portal, jnuee.jnu.ac.in, until June 16, 2025, at 11:50 PM. Admissions are being conducted through multiple channels, including the Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduate programs (CUET PG 2025), the Graduate Aptitude Test – Biotechnology (GAT-B), and the Centralised Counselling for MTech (CCMT) based on GATE scores.
JNU 2025 admission details
Admissions to JNU will be done through the following channels:
- CUET PG 2025: Admissions to MA, MSc, MCA, MPH, MTech (excluding Computer Science and Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering), PG Diploma, and Advanced Diploma of Proficiency (ADOP) programs.
- GAT-B: Admissions to MSc in Biotechnology and MSc in Computational Biology.
- CCMT (GATE-based): Admissions to MTech in Computer Science and Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Notably, the Centre for German Studies will now offer only an MA in German Studies, replacing previous specialisations in literature, translation, and interpretation.
