While their bowling has been right on the money, the South Africa National Cricket Team players have been magical on the field as well. The Proteas have taken brilliant catches with one of the finest efforts coming from Lungi Ngidi, who took a brilliant catch to remove Jamie Overton.
On the third ball of the 26th over, Kagiso Rabada bowled a length delivery outside off, to which Jamie Overton got forward to whip and ended up getting a thick leading edge. The ball flew towards the mid-on, where Lungi Ngidi was stationed, and it seemed that the ball would clear the South African pacer.
However, at the last moment, Lungi Ngidi stretched his hands in front of him and took a brilliant catch with his left-hand only. He went to the ground but managed not to drop it as the South Africa National Cricket Team players ran to congratulate Ngidi for his effort. The English player was absolutely shocked seeing the catch.
