Make Mandatory Training Easier To Build, Update, And Use
Mandatory training sounds simple enough: employees need certain information, so you give it to them. In reality, though, L&D teams are often handed lengthy policies, presentations, procedures, and updates that were never written with learning in mind. They then have to make that information understandable without altering its meaning, all while working under tight deadlines and with limited resources.
That is exactly the challenge explored in this guide by iSpring Solutions. The eBook takes a refreshingly practical approach to mandatory training, focusing less on adding unnecessary bells and whistles and more on creating courses that are clear, focused, easy to maintain, and useful to employees.

Turning Mandatory Training Content Into Useful Learning
Most mandatory training projects suffer from information overload, not a lack of content. By the time information reaches L&D, it’s usually correct and approved. However, the challenge is making it digestible. Source documents are thorough, but training should distill key information so employees know what matters and what to do. This guide by iSpring Solutions shows you how to be efficient and accurate: use approved information, focus on real needs, leverage AI for repetitive tasks, and maintain human review. The result is simpler, easier-to-update training.
