We were just about to make a feature article on Perennial about a year and a half ago when suddenly we had to put the blog on hiatus. That’s very unfortunate since the band was in the process of making this here excellent record at that time and I’m sure it would have turned out to be a dynamite feature for it. You see this is a dynamite record in every sense. This year saw so many great releases but for the top album it turned out it wasn’t even close, In the Midnight Hour stands heads and shoulders above everything else. We’ll have to get back to the wonderful people of Perennial for that feature when we’re up and running again because I have so many questions.
