Marcus Rashford provided his first assist for Barcelona during a 6-0 thrashing of Valencia at the 6,000-seater Johan Cruyff Stadium.
Fermin López, Raphinha, and Robert Lewandowski all scored twice as the Spanish champions dominated from start to finish.
Raphinha, brought on at half-time, opened his account for the night to make it 2-0 with a finish from a curling left-wing cross delivered by Manchester United loanee Rashford.
The Manchester United loanee, starting for only the second time for Barcelona, played 67 minutes and impressed with his movement and link-up play, though two of his efforts went narrowly wide.
López had given Barcelona the lead earlier by running onto a neat pass from Ferran Torres before adding a spectacular strike from outside the box to make it 3-0. Raphinha then netted their fourth with a fierce drive past the Valencia goalkeeper.
Lewandowski, also introduced from the bench, added a fifth by calmly finishing Dani Olmo’s pass before chipping in a sixth – a goal that was initially ruled out for offside but later awarded by VAR.
Barcelona could have extended the scoreline even further, with Torres hitting the post after another excellent Rashford cross found him in the box.
The match was staged at the 6,000-capacity Johan Cruyff Stadium, home to Barcelona B, as the Nou Camp is still undergoing redevelopment.
