Based on that, the system offers personalized feedback, helping each person improve where they need it most. In the areas where it’s been introduced, 36% of the workforce has given it a try, and 80% think it’s useful enough to keep using it. Because it’s so successful, there are plans to roll it out globally across all 190 markets Unilever operates in.
