ACC Men’s U19 Asia Cup 2025 promises a fiercely competitive, scouting-heavy tournament in the UAE, with eight Asian sides using it as a dress rehearsal for the ICC U19 Men’s World Cup 2026. The blend of traditional powerhouses and rapidly rising Associate teams should make this one of the most balanced youth events in recent ACC history.

The ACC Men’s U19 Asia Cup 2025 will be played in the UAE from 12 to 21 December, featuring 15 ODI matches across the ICC Academy Ground and The Sevens Stadium in Dubai. The event brings together eight teams: India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, UAE, Malaysia and Nepal, all competing in the 50-over format.

The tournament opens with hosts UAE U19 facing India U19 at the ICC Academy, while Pakistan and Malaysia start their campaign concurrently at The Sevens Stadium, setting the tone for a packed group phase. With a tight window and minimal rest days, squad depth, conditioning and tactical rotation will be critical throughout the ten-day competition.

    ACC Men’s U19 Asia Cup 2025: Format

The competition follows a straightforward structure: two groups of four, single round-robin within each group, followed by semi-finals and a final. The top two teams from each group progress to the knockouts, where A1 faces B2 and B1 takes on A2, before the winners meet in the title clash at ICC Academy on 21 December.

Group A features India, Pakistan, UAE and Malaysia, shaping up as a high-intensity pool with a marquee India–Pakistan fixture on 14 December at ICC Academy. Group B comprises Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal, a cluster known for strong age-group structures and spin depth, promising tight contests for the two semi-final berths.
