CBSE CTET admit card 2026: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) exam on February 8, 2026. Exam pattern and marking scheme
Each paper will consist of 150 multiple-choice questions, carrying one mark each. The total duration of the exam is two and a half hours. There is no negative marking.A major portion of the paper focuses on Child Development and Pedagogy. The test is designed to assess teaching skills, subject understanding, and reading comprehension.
Qualifying marks
To qualify for CTET 2026, candidates in the General category must score at least 60 per cent, which is 90 marks out of 150.
