Pop icon and actress Jennifer Lopez‘s latest statements on love and relationships has seemingly rubbed her first ex-husband, Ojani Noa the wrong way.

The actress, who was on the Howard Stern show, spoke her mind on why she felt that she didn’t think she had ever truly been loved. “It’s not that I’m not lovable, it’s that they’re not capable,” she said to the host. Reflecting on her failed marriages, engagements and relationships, she said, “They gave me what they had. They gave me all of it, every time. All the rings I could ever want,” and continued to claim that she never felt loved.

Hitting back at the actress, Noa took to his handle to post a strongly worded post, to not only call out the allegations, but to also accuse JLo of ‘cheating’ on him.Ojani Noa, claimed that JLo was unfaithful during their brief marriage from 1997 to 1998, more than 25 years ago. In a sharply worded Instagram post on Friday, Noa criticised Lopez’s recent comments and accused her of playing the “victim card.”“The problem [is] not us. Not me. The problem [is] you,” Noa wrote. “You’re the one who couldn’t keep it in your pants. You have been ‘loved’ a few times. You have been married 4 times. And have had countless relationships in between. You’ve had good relationships… Me for example.”

In the post, Noa insisted he was supportive and faithful during their marriage, “I was in love with you… I moved out of state to support, protect and care for you. I’m an amazing, loving person, great human being. Honest, faithful to you, never lied, never [misbehaved], never cheated on you. I was good to you. I’m too good of a [man] for you.”Noa went on to blame Lopez’s infedility and ambitions of “fame and fortune” for the breakdown of their marriage. “You decided to lie, to cheat on me and even though I stayed… You begged me to keep the marriage intact to avoid bad press… But you went for the fast lane of your career/stardom not caring about me, you wanted to continue cheating and lying,” he said. He concluded the post by demanding honesty saying, “Tell the truth for once… You should be embarrassed, ashamed of [yourself].”

At the end of her marriage to Noa, Lopez was linked to Sean Diddy Combs. She even went on to date him for 3 years before calling it quits. Previously, during an appearance on the Spanish-language talk show Despierta América, Noa claimed that the disgraced music mogul was partially to blame for their divorce. “Part of that divorce was Diddy’s fault,” he said. At the time, he claimed that problems in their marriage began when Lopez started collaborating closely with Combs on her debut album On the 6.
