Bayern and Liverpool Agreed Term for Luis Diaz Deal
After making major purchases such as Florian Wirtz, Milos Kerkez, Jeremie Frimpong, and Hugo Ekitike, the Reds start to make some important sales. Already losing Trent Alexander-Arnold, Arne Slot’s side have decided to part ways with their Colombian international, Diaz, who will join the Bavarians.
According to media reports (via Fabrizio Romano), Bayern have agreed a deal worth about 75 million euros with Liverpool for Diaz’s transfer. The Colombian’s move is pending medical and contract signing, which could happen on Monday or Tuesday.
Diaz’s departure could also unlock the Reds’ transfer plan of signing Newcastle United’s star Alexander Isak this summer. Despite being an important part of Liverpool’s success, the former Porto man seems eager to experience a new chapter in his footballing career.
