PM Modi Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026: The Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) has officially opened the registration portal for its ninth edition. Students, parents and teachers who wish to participate in the annual interactive session can now apply through the MyGov portal at innovateindia1.mygov.in. The application window will remain open until 11 January, 2026.Pariksha Pe Charcha is a flagship initiative organised every year ahead of the board examination season. The interactive session provides students with an opportunity to engage directly with the Prime Minister on issues such as examination stress, mental health concerns, academic pressure, performance anxiety and various challenges faced during the examination cycle. Teachers and parents also take part in specially curated activity modules designed for them.Pariksha Pe Charcha has grown significantly in scale and popularity. The programme recorded an extraordinary rise from 22,000 participants in its first edition in 2018 to 3.56 crore registrations in its eighth edition in 2025. Additionally, 1.55 crore individuals participated in Jan Andolan activities related to PPC 2025, taking total participation close to 5 crore.PPC 2025 also set a Guinness World Record, with participation from students representing over 245 countries, teachers from 154 nations, and parents from 149 countries. As per the announcement, participants who complete the PPC 2026 activity on the portal will receive an official certificate of participation from MyGov.
Who can participate in Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026 ?
The following individuals are eligible to take part in Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026.
- Students from Classes 6 to 12 across India
- Teachers from recognised schools
- Parents and guardians
Participants must apply through the MyGov portal to join the ninth edition. Students may also submit a question to the Prime Minister in a maximum of 500 characters.
