SSC CSCS Cadre Recruitment 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the schedule for the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination 2025 for the Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS) Cadre, Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT). Online applications for the examination will be accepted from 20th March to 10th April 2025, with a final submission deadline of 10th April at 11:00 PM.
The examination will be held in Delhi, with the tentative Computer-Based Examination scheduled for May-June 2025. The SSC will be recruiting 70 candidates for the Senior Secretariat Assistant/Upper Division Clerk Grade, offering a pay level of 4 (Rs 25,500 – Rs 81,100).
Candidates wishing to apply must first complete a One-Time Registration (OTR) on the new SSC website (https://ssc.gov.in). After completing the online application process, the printed copy, along with necessary documents, should be submitted through the respective Service/Cadre Controlling Authority by 20th April 2025 (18:00 hrs). For candidates residing abroad or in remote areas, the last date for submission is 27th April 2025.
The examination is open to candidates from specific departments, and applications must be forwarded by the respective Head of Department/Office. It is crucial that applications reach the SSC’s Northern Regional Office by the prescribed deadlines, as late submissions will not be entertained.
